Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower participants to live independently and with dignity. In a 24/7 roster across Monday to Sunday, you’ll bring warmth, resilience and a client-centered approach to everyday tasks.

No prior disability sector experience is required; we provide five days of training, buddy shifts, and an onsite induction, plus perks like salary packaging, health discounts, gym memberships, and BRAVE Awards.
