Responsibilities
- Originate deals and current clients who need M&A; and capital raising advice
- Work with private and founder-led businesses in the mid-market
- Manage your own clients and your own budget
- Lead analyst and associate level execution support beneath you
Requirements
- True origination experience in the mid-market, across industries
- Ideally you can point to the mandates you personally won and channels who bring work
- Likely an existing Director or Associate Partner in corporate finance or lead advisory ready to step up, or already a Managing Director/partner wanting better pay scheme and to be part of a major growth story.
