The Prospect:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to support the production of high-quality haircare and beauty care products. This role is hands-on and plays a critical part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.



Typical primary duties will include but not limited to:

- Manufacturing and mixing of high-quality hair and beauty care products.
- Undertaking strict quality control and testing of all products manufactured.
- Follow operating procedures to ensure a quality product delivered on time.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy.
- Follow the scheduling of production, so products are made on time as per schedule
- Ensures quality control standard are met in the process of manufacturing skin care and hair care products.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

What You Bring:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or processing environments (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food or similar preferred)
- An ability to operate machinery
- Ability to follow safe working standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Have a good eye for quality and detail
- Positive can-do attitude
- Passion for the hair or beauty industry is a bonus
