A rare opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role with broad accountability across operations, manufacturing and supply chain. AECI is seeking a suitably experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead our new WA Manufacturing operations and help shape the next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.

- Ensure plant readiness, operational controls and safety requirements are met prior to production.

- Coordinate personnel, equipment and materials to achieve production targets.

- Monitor production processes, plant performance and operating conditions.

- Manage process deviations, equipment issues and operational risks in accordance with approved procedures.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and explosives management requirements.

- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports and handovers.

- Support workforce development through coaching, training and performance supervision.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to support operational requirements.

- Promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, reliability and operational performance.

Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant trade, technical, operational or supervisory qualification, or equivalent industry experience.





- Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, mining, chemical, explosives or other high-risk industrial environments.

- Sound understanding of safety management systems, operational risk controls and regulatory compliance.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Experience leading teams and managing production activities in a shift-based environment.

- Current or the ability to obtain a relevant security clearance to work with and access explosives.

You are a proven senior leader with experience leading operational businesses within explosives or related sectors including mining services, manufacturing, industrial, chemical.
