Marketing Coordinator

We are a mobile lifting equipment supplier providing innovative lifting solutions to the mining, construction and infrastructure industries.

“Think Different, Lift Different” is embedded in everything we do, and we are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of our marketing activities and help strengthen the profile of our business and the products we represent.

Working closely with management and our external marketing partners, you will coordinate campaigns, events, promotional materials and day-to-day marketing activities. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on implementing agreed marketing initiatives rather than managing the overall marketing strategy.

We already have dedicated content creation and SEO support, so this position will complement those functions by coordinating priorities, timelines, approvals and deliverables across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the implementation of approved marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Liaise with external marketing providers, suppliers and industry partners.
- Coordinate marketing calendars, deadlines, approvals and campaign deliverables.
- Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, events, product launches and promotional activities.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations, brochures and internal communications.
- Coordinate the collection of information, images and product updates from internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our Content Creator and SEO provider to support agreed marketing priorities.




- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor campaign activity and assist with preparing basic performance reports.
- Coordinate merchandise, signage, sponsorships and other promotional requirements.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support for marketing projects.

About You Ideally, you will have:

- At least two years’ experience in a marketing coordination, communications or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers, agencies or service providers.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with employees, managers and external partners.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, practical and team-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently within agreed priorities and seek approval when required.
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns or promotional activities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with common marketing platforms.

Experience within the mining, construction, infrastructure or equipment industries would be highly regarded but is not essential. What We Offer
