Love marketing and social media?

We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join the JWH Group marketing team and work across some of Western Australia's most recognised home building brands, including JWH Group, Oswald Homes, Plunkett Homes, Residential Attitudes, Step 1 Homes, The Rural Building Company and WA Country Builders.

About the Role

Working closely with our Brand Managers and Social Media & Content Creator, you'll help execute marketing campaigns, coordinate content, engage with online communities and ensure our brands show up consistently and effectively across digital and traditional channels.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be assisting with a content shoot, the next coordinating a marketing campaign, analysing social performance or creating content calendars.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

- Work alongside Brand Managers to deliver marketing initiatives across multiple JWH Group brands.
- Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist with campaign planning, implementation and reporting.
- Coordinate external suppliers including photographers, videographers, printers and agencies.
- Support the coordination of events, award submissions and promotional activities.
- Ensure marketing collateral, signage and sales resources remain current and fully stocked.
- Prepare reports, presentations and marketing performance updates.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials, listings and promotional collateral.
- Maintain marketing systems, files and project documentation.

Social Media & Content

- Support the Social Media & Content Creator with content planning and monthly content calendars.
- Assist with content creation, photography and video capture for social channels.
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and qualified manner.
- Identify trends,



opportunities and competitor activity to inform content strategy.

About You We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and eager to build their marketing career.

You'll ideally have

- 1+ years' experience in a marketing, communications or social media role.
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Experience using social scheduling and content management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, website CMS platforms (such as WordPress) and project management tools is advantageous.
