Due to continued business demand, we are seeking a Marketing Assistant who will be directly reporting to the Marketing and VIC Operations Manager.

You will be joining the Marketing team in the Head Office (location: 104 Fox Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175).

About the Role:

This is a full-time Marketing Assistant role covering both digital and offline marketing. You will manage website updates, social media, and email campaigns, while also coordinating printed marketing materials like brochures, banners, flags, and magazines.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and VIC Operations Manager as well as the Design and Content teams, support paid advertising on Meta and Google, and use AI tools to work more efficiently across content and reporting.

What you will be doing:

- Take ownership of all marketing activities and ensure deadlines are met

- Manage website content and social media channels — including updates for new product releases

- Coordinate offline/print marketing materials — brochures, banners, flags, magazines, and other collateral

- Support graphic content creation and coordinate closely with our Graphic Design team

- Plan and create EDMs (email campaigns)



for B2C and B2B audiences predominately using Klaviyo

- Work with the Marketing Manager to set up and manage paid campaigns, predominantly across Meta and Google

- Collaborate with our global team, including the Webmaster, Content Creator, and Graphic Designer

- Research and analyse competitor advertising and marketing strategies

- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC campaign performance

- Execute A/B tests, collect and analyse data, and identify trends/insights to maximise ROI on ad spend

- Assist the management team with other tasks to support efficient marketing operations

- Use AI tools to work more efficiently across content, campaigns, and reporting

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

- At least two (2) years of experience in a marketing or communications role

- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing

- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

- In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)





- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

- Solid organisation and prioritisation skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

- Must hold current driver’s licence

Remuneration:

This is subject to your skills, qualifications and experience, but it will be within a salary range of between $70,000 – $75,000 per annum superannuation.
