About the opportunity

Crest Support Services is seeking an enthusiastic university student or recent graduate to join our team on a short-term casual basis and assist with the marketing and growth of our services across Western Australia.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants practical experience in marketing, business development, healthcare and the disability sector, with flexible hours that can work around university commitments.

What you'll be doing

Marketing Crest Nursing Agency, DVA Community Nursing and NDIS services.

Promoting our Behaviour Support service, delivered by an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Identifying and contacting potential referral partners including support coordinators, GPs, hospitals, aged-care facilities and disability organisations.

Building and maintaining referral and marketing databases.

Following up prospective referral partners by phone and email.

Assisting with social media and digital marketing.

Distributing promotional materials and developing community connections.

Tracking marketing activity, enquiries and referrals.





Helping management identify new business-development opportunities across WA.

Who we're looking for

This role would suit a university student studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Health Promotion, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related discipline.

You should be confident communicating with organisations by telephone and email, organised, comfortable using social media and Microsoft Office, and able to work independently with guidance from management. Knowledge of the NDIS, healthcare, aged care or disability sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
