About the role

Kate & Kole is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the Newcastle team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who loves content, social media, beautiful brands and the organisation that sits behind great marketing. You'll work closely with the Marketing team across social media, content, campaigns, photoshoots, email marketing and the day-to-day organisation of creative assets. No two days will look exactly the same.

Key responsibilities

- Drafting and scheduling approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn

- Uploading posts, Reels and Stories with the correct captions, covers, tags, links and product information

- Keeping the social content calendar accurate and up to date

- Helping capture simple behind-the-scenes content around the studio

- Monitoring comments and DMs across Instagram and Facebook

- Responding to straightforward enquiries using brand guidelines

- Preparing jewellery, props and products for in-studio shoots

- Uploading and organising photography and video assets

- Assisting with website content, blogs and campaign uploads

- Helping keep the marketing space, props,



equipment and campaign materials organised

About you

- Highly organised and naturally valuable at keeping track of details

- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms

- Interested in fashion, jewellery, design, content or brand marketing

- Confident learning new programs and systems
- A clear and thoughtful communicator

- Happy working both independently and as part of a team

- Proactive rather than waiting to be told every next step

- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Dropbox would be helpful, but it isn't essential
