Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Leverage AI technology to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity and content creation
- Manage and grow social media channels
- Create engaging video, photography and digital content
- Monitor emerging marketing, AI and social media trends
- Produce content that captures attention and drives engagement
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with a high-performing leadership team to drive continued brand growth
- Help shape the future direction of marketing within the business
About you
- Bachelor of Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Extensive knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing and social media
- Experience creating high-performing content across major social platforms
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of analytics, campaign performance and audience engagement metrics
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Photography and videography skills (highly regarded)
- Drone licence or experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
