About Duckies ?

Duckies makes first-walker shoes for little feet taking their very first steps. We're a Gold Coast–born brand selling to families across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe, and we partner on licensed collaborations with some of the world's most-loved children's brands.

We're a small, hands-on team based in Currumbin, and we're growing. We're now building out our marketing team and looking for an organised, switched-on Marketing Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The role

You'll be the person who makes sure our marketing actually ships: on time, in every market, and looking great. You'll work alongside our Performance Marketing Manager, Content Producer and Graphic Designer, taking ownership of the website, socials, email and the day-to-day coordination that holds our launches together.

This is a junior-to-mid role, perfect for someone with a year or two of marketing experience who's ready to take real ownership and learn fast.

What you'll be doing

Updating website banners and collection pages in Shopify for launches and promotions

Scheduling and publishing organic social content across our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts, and keeping on top of comments and DMs

Building and scheduling email campaigns (roughly monthly) and setting up simple automated flows in Klaviyo.

Coordinating French translations with our translator for emails, web copy and social content





Managing our marketing calendar and launch checklists so nothing slips through the cracks

Assisting with photo shoots, including talent, locations and helping out on set

Getting creative with the occasional reel or social post if that's your thing

Pulling together a simple weekly snapshot of email and social performance

Jumping in on the odd marketing job that comes up (every week is a little different!)

About you

1–2+ years of experience in a marketing, e-commerce or social media role (or a relevant degree plus internship experience)

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail. You're the one who spots the broken link before anyone else does

Comfortable in Shopify and social scheduling tools; Klaviyo or Canva experience is a bonus A clear, friendly communicator who can juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Someone who takes ownership, follows things through and isn't afraid to ask questions An eye for positive content and a feel for what resonates with parents
