Marketing Coordinator

Midea Group is one of the world's leading home appliance manufacturers, committed to innovation and quality. We are expanding rapidly in the Australian market and are seeking a creative and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support marketing campaigns, content creation, channel communications, and day-to-day marketing operations to enhance our brand presence and business growth in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

l Develop a strong understanding of our products and business operations, and support the development and execution of marketing plans, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives.

l Write, edit, and optimise marketing copy, including product introductions, event promotions, social media content, press releases, and marketing materials.

l Manage and operate company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

l Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to develop and distribute marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging.

l Support the planning and delivery of marketing events, including trade shows, customer events, product launches, and modular home-related promotional activities.

l Assist with marketing budget administration, supplier coordination and contract processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.

l Collect and analyse market data, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.

l Maintain company website, social media platforms, and online content updates.

l Be available for occasional travel to support events and projects as required.

Job Requirements

l Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business,



or related disciplines.

l Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is preferred.

l A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as occasional travel to events and other locations may be necessary.

l Previous experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing or event coordination is preferred but not essential. We also welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build their career in marketing.

l An interest in, or willingness to quickly develop an understanding of, the modular housing industry and translate technical information into engaging marketing content.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

l Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

l Basic graphic or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) are a plus.

l Familiarity with major social media platforms and their operational logic.

l Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

l Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
