We are a leading Immigration Law agency in Sydney CBD providing our clients with Migration services for the past 11 years. Due to growth, we require a Marketing & IT Coordinator to join our busy team.

This is a varied role combining marketing, technology, AI and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and assist with digital marketing, including Google Ads, website, SEO and social media
- Identify opportunities to digitise and streamline existing business processes
- Implement AI, automation and other technology to improve efficiency
- Manage and improve our CRM, website and other business systems
- Provide general technology and IT support across the business
- Research and introduce new digital tools and solutions
- Work with management to improve marketing, lead generation and business operations





About You We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in digital marketing and general business technology
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and websites
- Robust general IT and problem-solving skills
- An interest in AI, automation and digital transformation
- Ability to learn and implement new software and systems
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently

Experience in a professional services business would be an advantage but is not essential. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
