About the role
InfoConsulting's ANZ growth, this newly created, standalone role gives an experienced marketing operator the mandate to build a proactive, in-house marketing function from the ground up – owning everything from pipeline-generating campaigns to brand positioning, events and digital presence.
You'll own and execute InfoConsulting's ANZ marketing function end-to-end, converting business growth priorities into campaigns, brand presence and demand-generation activity, while also driving the internal conferences and town halls that are key to our team culture. Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ and working closely with sales, you'll have real autonomy over strategy, budget and delivery.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to:
- Build a proactive, always-on marketing engine that generates qualified pipeline for sales
- Lift InfoConsulting's brand visibility and market relevance across ANZ, beyond product-led messaging
- Own events, campaigns and digital activity end-to-end, independently, with measurable ROI
Job requirements
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead generation & pipeline support
- Build and coordinate campaigns that convert market interest into qualified, sales-accepted opportunities across our priority services
- Track marketing-sourced pipeline against quarterly targets and campaign-to-opportunity conversion
Brand awareness & market positioning
- Lift InfoConsulting's ANZ visibility beyond global, product-led messaging, keeping positioning locally relevant and consistent
- Drive customer case studies and whitepapers that promote the ANZ business
Brand assets, templates & corporate communications
- Own the ANZ template library and quality-control corporate communications
- Keep proposals, decks and customer-facing material on-brand and current
Events, conferences & sponsorship
- Own marketing support for conferences, seminars and booths end-to-end, including post-event lead follow-through
Internal events, town halls & business reviews
- Plan and deliver the annual ICAU Ignite conference, monthly town halls and quarterly business reviews – venues, agendas, content and logistics
Digital & social media
- Manage social media and webinar planning, maintaining a steady rhythm of external-facing activity
Marketing operations, budget & vendor management
- Turn ideas into delivered output with minimal oversight, managing external suppliers and making the marketing budget work harder
What success looks like:
- ANZ marketing has seamlessly shifted to a proactive, in-house strategic function
- Sales reports stronger, better-qualified pipeline support and higher-quality campaign execution
- InfoConsulting has a more distinctive, locally relevant brand presence across priority ANZ channels and events
- ICAU Ignite, monthly town halls and quarterly business reviews run to a predictable rhythm that strengthens team culture
- A complete, current set of branded templates and communications assets replaces ad hoc material
- The marketing budget is actively managed against clear priorities, with visible ROI discipline
You are likely to do well in this role if:
- You have demonstrated marketing experience spanning strategy and hands-on delivery, ideally in software, technology or an agency environment
- You have exposure to B2B, SaaS, ERP or Asset Management sectors
- You've owned lead-generation campaigns, events and digital/social channels end-to-end, without a supporting team
Highly regarded:
- Experience marketing enterprise software, ERP or IT consulting services
- A track record partnering directly with sales/BD to convert campaigns into measurable pipeline
- Experience managing a discretionary marketing budget end-to-end, with demonstrated ROI improvement
- Hands-on experience building corporate template suites – not just briefing them out
- Experience planning sponsored events, all-hands forums or employee conferences
- Exposure to the IFS, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, or global/matrixed brand teams
Requirements:
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Based in Brisbane (preferred) or Melbourne, with approx. 10–20% domestic travel for client events, conferences and leadership meetings
What we offer:
- A function to build from the ground up - real autonomy over strategy, budget and delivery, in a newly created, standalone role at a genuine inflection point in our ANZ growth.
- Flexibility - part-time or flexible arrangements considered (0.6–1.0 FTE) for the right candidate.
- A genuine seat at the table - work closely with ANZ leadership and sales, with global brand support where useful, shaping how InfoConsulting shows up across the region.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine local experience with the opportunity to work in an international environment, join InfoConsulting!
