Marketing Specialist – Key Responsibilities

- Creative Design & Content Production - Create promotional materials, social media graphics, posters, and digital content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with video editing tools is preferred.
- Social Media Content Creation - Develop creative content ideas, film and edit videos for Instagram and TikTok, and assist with content planning and posting.
- Digital Marketing Support - Assist with Meta Ads campaigns and monitor performance. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Campaign & Promotional Support - Assist with executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and other promotional activities to support customer engagement and sales.
- Partnership & Event Support - Assist with influencer collaborations, media partnerships, and special events through content creation and promotional materials.
- Performance Tracking - Assist in monitoring social media and campaign performance and provide insights to support marketing improvements.




- Sales & Promotional Support - Develop creative promotional materials and initiatives that support ticket sales, memberships, corporate bookings, and overall revenue growth.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and short-form video content creation (capcut, etc).
- Experience filming and editing content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media content ideas.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising.
- Experience with social media scheduling and content management tools is a plus.
- Solid communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Interest in entertainment, experiences, and customer-focused marketing.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
