Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Sunnybank, QLD. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in the development of marketing materials across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, coordinating with internal teams to align marketing strategy, and monitoring campaign performance.

Specialist will also contribute to customer communications, help maintain brand consistency,



and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support lead generation and customer retention.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Experience in Sales support activities, such as preparing sales collateral and collaborating on promotional initiatives.
- Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is required.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Social media content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
