ABOUT THE ROLE

We know you’re out there—a savvy marketing strategist who can manage multiple accounts. One part strategy, one part account management— mixed for client success!

We need a marketing strategist who can seamlessly balance strategic vision and hands-on account management. You’re the kind of person who not only crafts innovative strategies but also builds and nurtures robust client relationships. With experience across diverse marketing channels—SEM, social media, email marketing and analytics—you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns. You’ll align teams, solve challenges, and make data-driven decisions, all while bringing a touch of creativity to every step.

Be ready to jump into client meetings to present current ideas and updates, brief the creative team on projects, coordinate with internal teams, solve project hurdles, and respond to client communications to keep everything on track.

And here’s the bonus: live and work on the Central Coast, doing what you love with a team who’s passionate about success and knows how to have a good time (think regular social events and plenty of laughs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Clear Project Briefs: Deliver detailed briefs that ensure seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse and refine strategies through actionable insights.
- Creative Judgement & Communication: Make confident calls and share them effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with clients and vendors to keep projects on track.

Highly Desired Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields or 2+ years in a similar role
- Ability to operate autonomously, as well as within a team environment
- A voracious enthusiasm for learning
