Selva Re Pty Ltd, trading as Venini Australia are the exclusive Australian importer and distributor of Venini S.p.A., one of the world's most prestigious makers of

Murano glass. We also run Glencairn Estate, a rural property in NSW offering camping and glamping, short-stay accommodation, a rental house, a petting zoo,

and a warehouse and coffee trailer for hire.

The Role

$80,000k plus Superannuation

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the full-time Marketing Specialist will be responsible for finding new market opportunities and planning, coordinating and delivering pricing and promotions for both our luxury décor brand and our rural hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

 Commissioning and carrying out market research to find opportunities for new and existing products and services

 Analysing consumer demand and competitor activity in the Australian luxury décor and rural hospitality markets, and turning the findings into clear recommendations

 Sharing market insights with the Venini design and production team in Italy

 Advising on the marketing mix, including product range, pricing, advertising,

sales promotion and distribution channels

 Building a local pricing framework for the Venini range, adapted from Italian benchmark pricing





 Developing and running integrated marketing plans and programs across both businesses

 Planning and managing paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta

 Planning PR and media activity, and managing relationships with industry bodies, trade associations and media

 Building Venini's brand visibility in Australia, including leading a luxury trade show for architects, interior designers and retailers

 Scheduling brand content across the website and social media, and managing

Glencairn Estate's listings on Hipcamp and Airbnb

 Tracking campaign and channel performance and report on reach,

engagement and lead generation

About You

 A level of skill commensurate with a Bachelor Degree or higher qualification together with at least one year of relevant work experience, OR at least 5

years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications

 Strong digital marketing skills (Google Ads, Meta, email, SEO)

 Proven ability to research markets and turn the data into strategy

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Robust project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities across two business lines

 An understanding of luxury brand positioning

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
