Due to continuous growth and specialized service demands, we are currently seeking a skilled, dedicated, and experienced Full-Time Motor Mechanic / European Vehicle Specialist to join our professional workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform advanced mechanical diagnostics, routine logbook servicing, and complex electronic troubleshooting specifically on European vehicle makes (including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche)

· Diagnose, repair, and overhaul engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and braking systems to strict manufacturer standards.

· Utilize specialized European diagnostic scan tools, software, and equipment for ECU coding, module programming, and system resets.

· Conduct comprehensive repairs and component overhauls on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and braking systems to strict manufacturer specifications.

· Perform thorough safety inspections and rigorous road testing to ensure the highest standard of repair quality.

· Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized workshop environment while keeping accurate service and repair documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

· Trade Qualification: Hold an AQF Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or an equivalent recognized international trade qualification.

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on post-qualification experience as a Motor Mechanic, with proven, extensive experience working on European automotive brands and their advanced electronic architectures.

· Communication: Excellent cross-cultural communication and customer relations skills, with the ability to effectively interact with and support our diverse multicultural clientele.

· Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to workplace health and safety standards.

What We Offer

· Attractive hourly rate of $41.00 - $43.00 per hour + Superannuation (Full time position with stable hours).

Pay: $56,594.29 – $101,567.66 per year
