Scotford Fennessy is partnering with a growing WA mining services contractor delivering shutdown, maintenance and project work across major resource operations.

About the Role

Due to continued growth and an immediate requirement, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead fixed plant shutdown and maintenance crews across a variety of mining operations throughout WA. This role will suit a hands-on leader from a Mechanical Fitter background who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships and delivering work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- The Role
- Lead shutdown, maintenance and project crews
- Coordinate daily work fronts and site activities
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

- Drive safety, productivity and workforce performance
- Support planning, scheduling and execution activities
- Mentor trades personnel and emerging leaders
- FIFO Perth | 12 Days On / 9 Days Off

- Mix of Day & Night Shift work

Qualifications

- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Mechanical Fitter background preferred
- 5+ years' Supervisory experience within mining





- Fixed Plant Shutdown & Maintenance experience
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary crews
- Robust client-facing communication skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full Australian Working Rights

Pay range and compensation package
