Our branch in Port Hedland is on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor who thrives on building strong teams, driving performance, and delivering safe, high-quality projects across workshop and site environments.

We are offering an ongoing 2:1 roster ex Perth.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating your team with clear direction and a focus on safety, quality, and results.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
- Setting projects up for success – from planning and estimating through to execution.
- Coaching and developing staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
- Managing resource levels to ensure we meet planned activity and project deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with company, client, and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).




- Driving continuous improvement to lift efficiency and outcomes across the board.

About you To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Mechanical Supervisor in mining or oil & gas.
- Trade or higher qualifications in a mechanical/engineering discipline.
- Completion of S26 and DEMIRS exam is mandatory
- Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.) is required
- Solid understanding of engineering and production processes.
- Robust knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- A natural leader who can motivate, guide, and get the best out of their team.
- Excellent communicator – confident with clients, stakeholders, and crews alike.
- Experience with scoping and quoting is highly desirable
