The Position n

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead and manage the East Coast commercial and contracts function for RSGx based in Sydney. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring contractual compliance, and overseeing project delivery across multiple high-value electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities n

- Lead the Commercial function for the East Coast business unit, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
n
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
n
- Manage all contractual and financial aspects of projects, including risk assessment and mitigation.
n
- Support tendering, bid preparation, and lead negotiation of major contracts.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
n
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project and commercial teams.
n




- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards.
n
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial targets.
n

About You nn
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or contract management role within electrical construction or related industries.
n
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial frameworks.
n
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
n
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline (desirable).
