Job Description

Mission Australia in Carnarvon is seeking a Case Manager for the THRIVE service. This in office role supports tenants of Public and Aboriginal Housing to build stability and wellbeing through strengths-based case management and practical assistance.

You will assess, plan, and coordinate referrals with housing partners, while maintaining documentation and striving for sustainable tenancies. Qualifications and experience with vulnerable clients are required.
