Job Description
We are looking for a C&P; experienced qualified who is agile, knows the market and can negotiate effectively.
You may currently work in ceilings and partitions, commercial interiors, fitout, quantity surveying, builder-side estimating or construction procurement.
The exact job title is less significant than your estimating experience, commercial judgment and industry knowledge.
The role will focus on:
Pricing and reviewing major Tier One tenders.
Developing tender and negotiation strategies.
Identifying commercial risks and prospects.
Using your market knowledge and industry relationships to help secure profitable work.
No measuring or quantity take-offs are required.
Our long-standing in-house QS and estimating support team completes this work.
The position is based in our South Brisbane / Loganholme office, with the role, remuneration and conditions open to negotiation for the right applicant.
