As the Maintenance / Groundsman at Paradise Tourist Park, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our popular holiday destination. In this full time position, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintenance on cabins and facilities, and equipment to the highest standards, contributing to the overall guest experience.

What you'll be doing

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, carpentry and painting work as required
- Maintain the grounds, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, hedging and cleaning common areas.
- Pool testing and cleaning
- Cleaning of BBQ's
- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance on park equipment and facilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to park guests and respond to any maintenance requests
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or grounds-keeping role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry
- A minimum of 6-12 months of maintenance or groundskeeping experience is required




- Strong practical skills and the ability to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks
- Good time management and the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays if required
- A friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
- A full driver's licence is required
