Based in Penrith, starting now. This role is fully on-site in Penrith, Western Sydney. You'll need to be in the office every day you work, so you'll need to live within a comfortable commute. We need someone in the seat this quarter because two launches have fixed dates, and we're interviewing straight away.

The business

A long-standing, family-owned national wholesaler of automotive and heavy vehicle parts. It sells through a network of dealers and resellers across Australia and New Zealand. The business is well run and growing, and it's investing seriously in e-commerce and social.

The role

You'll lead marketing delivery. That covers the product range as customers see it, the channels they use to find and buy parts, and the team that produces the work. You'll lead three direct reports plus agency and build partners. You set the direction and others do the execution.

In your first 90 days you will:

- Get a print catalogue of around 2,800 products to the printer by early November, ready for a December launch
- Ship the first release of the current online store
- Set up marketing metrics and reporting that answer "is it working?"
- Document and hand over the price list process

After that, you'll own online store performance,



the campaign calendar across email, social, events and promotions, catalogue and product content, and ROI reporting. The long-term measure is gross profit from marketing-sourced sales.

About you

- Senior marketer who works autonomously and gets up to speed fast
- Real depth in e-commerce and social, with numbers from work you've actually run
- Experience directing agencies and partners from the client side
- Obsessive about precision. In parts, a data error means the wrong part on a truck
- Keeps up with how AI and agentic search are changing the way buyers find products
- Automotive, trucking, heavy vehicle or reseller-channel experience is a strong plus
- Will challenge the status quo, with the reasoning to back it up

The engagement

- 2-3 days per week, fully on-site in Penrith
- Contract through to year-end as a trial for both sides, with an ongoing role after that if it's the right fit
- A real pathway to Head of Marketing and a seat on the leadership team
- $600-800 per day, depending on experience. Fee includes Cemoh commission and Supernnuation.
