PETspot helps millions of new puppy seekers annually through education and providing a safe platform to find & connect with verified breeders.

Our customers are just as passionate as we are, and we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Customer Support and Admin Specialist to join our team.

n

This role is suited to individuals who are willing to grow alongside the company as we continue to make a difference. The projects worked on will be agile and constantly evolving, driven by delivering the best possible customer experience.

n

The role is a permanent part-time position, about ~25-30+ hours per week (5 days required), with the opportunity to transition to full time, and we're seeking an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Providing a tailored customer experience and delivering in a timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations
n
- Handling general enquiries, questions, and community concerns of members and new puppy seekers
n
- Keep our customers informed of new developments, events, and industry updates
n
- Staying vigilant and help keep our community safe through verification of new members and screening online forums
n
- Completing data entry and administrative duties to ensure CRM is accurately and efficiently maintained
n

Essential skills & Experience: nn
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service role
n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n




- Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience and building lasting relationships
n
- Energised by helping people and eager to provide support, education, and guidance to customers
n
- Technical expertise, ability, and appetite to acquire knowledge of new products
n
- Well-organized, attentive to details & skilled in multitasking
n
- Excellent judgment and problem solving skill
n
- Prior knowledge of dogs, dog shows, and the dog world is a plus, but not essential
n
- Prior knowledge of receipting and bank reconciliation is preferred, but not essential
n
