The Team Leader Service Delivery is responsible for the provision of internal and external customer service, corporate, administrative and business support relevant to the site and region and leads a climate of service excellence across the DEECA Regions Division. The role requires outstanding and demonstrated site leadership and the ability to navigate a changing organisational context in an agile and fast paced operating environment.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

- Experience leading a small team
- Knowledge of DEECA's safety and wellbeing climate, systems and governance
- Knowledge of DEECA’s facilities management operations, requirements and systems
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint) is desirable

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within the Hume Region, Benalla preferred with hybrid work arrangements available.
