We're looking for a hungry, driven and energetic salesperson to join HSP and help convert our growing volume of inbound customer enquiries into sales.

This is a inbound sales role, our marketing generates a strong flow of customers already interested in HSP products through phone, email, website enquiries and referrals. Your job is to understand what they need, recommend the right solution, prepare quotes, follow up and close the sale.

About HSP

HSP is an Australian designer and manufacturer of premium ute accessories, supplying everyday customers, hundreds of distributors and major vehicle manufacturers across Australia and internationally.

We design, develop and manufacture the majority of our products locally,



with a specialised range focused predominantly on the rear of the ute. Rather than carrying thousands of unrelated SKUs, our focused product range allows our sales team to quickly develop genuine expertise and confidently recommend the right solutions.

Our focus has always been on creating solutions, not simply selling accessories.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing warm inbound sales enquiries across phone, email and online channels.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right HSP products and packages.
- Preparing quotes and actively following opportunities through to sale.
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant accessories where they add value.
- Maintaining an organised sales pipeline and consistently following up open opportunities.
- Booking customer vehicles for fitment and assisting with vehicle check-in and handover.
- Building strong product and vehicle fitment knowledge.
- Delivering a great customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle collection.
- Representing HSP at 4WD shows, product launches and industry events throughout the year.
- Supporting customer service and general team overflow when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys selling and wants to perform.

Someone who is hungry, motivated and willing to go the extra mile to win business. You'll enjoy speaking with customers,



build rapport quickly and take ownership of your opportunities rather than waiting for someone else to make things happen.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven experience in a sales environment.
- Robust phone-based sales and closing skills.
- Excellent follow-up and the discipline to manage a sales pipeline.
- Confidence identifying genuine upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, energetic and competitive attitude.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn our products and become a genuine product specialist.

Experience within the automotive, 4WD, aftermarket accessories or parts industry will be highly regarded, particularly for someone who can bring existing product and customer knowledge and hit the ground running.
