Job Description
Chandler Macleod Group seeks experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client on a full time contract.
You will deliver person-centred assessments, working directly with participants to identify and articulate their support needs in a explicit, evidence-based and respectful manner.
You will analyse information, prepare accurate assessment reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to support participant outcomes while adhering to policies and legislative frameworks.
