We are looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our Gold Cost Clinic located in Southport.

Remuneration based on Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020.

About Australian Paediatric Specialists

We are currently in the process of building a new administration team and we are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, professional, and excited about taking on new challenges. Our team of Paediatricians and Paediatric sub specialists work across two clinics located on the Gold Coast & in Brisbane.

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Medical Receptionists or in Medical Administration. This role will have varying responsibilities and candidates must be able to work full-time hours at our Southport clinic.

Qualifications & experience





- Previous work experience in a medical practice will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation is a must
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tight knit team
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Be a supportive team player with a positive attitude
- Have initiative, be innovative and a desire to learn current skills
- Experience with GENTU, Medicare, EFTPOS payment systems will be highly regarded
