Revival Podiatry is a friendly and patient-focused podiatry clinic located in Springfield. We are looking for a reliable and approachable Casual Receptionist to join our small team and help with the day-to-day administration of the clinic.

About the Role The receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience for our patients while assisting with the smooth administration of the clinic.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patient enquiries
- Managing and scheduling patient appointments
- Confirming and managing bookings
- Processing payments and assisting with basic billing
- Scanning, filing and uploading documents
- Data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Communicating with patients, referring doctors and other healthcare providers when required
- Keeping the reception and clinic area organised and welcoming




- Supporting the podiatry team with general administrative duties

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Reliable and organised
- Confident communicating with patients over the phone and in person
- Comfortable using computers and learning new practice management software
- Detail-oriented with positive data entry and administrative skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Respectful of patient privacy and confidentiality
- Previous reception, administration or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
