HSS Recruitment is looking for experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators for ongoing TSF and Production Mining operations across multiple clients in the Goldfields, Gascoyne and Pilbara. With several jobs running and more kicking off, we need reliable operators for immediate and upcoming starts.

Great prospect to secure ongoing FIFO or BIBO work with established contractors across WA.

What is on offer:

- Sites spread across the Goldfields and Pilbara

- FIFO and BIBO options available

- 2:1 rosters, dayshift / nightshift

- Competitive rates based on real seat time

- Temp to perm potential for top operators

Operators needed:

- Excavators: 35T up to production size (Trimble / Topcon highly regarded)

- Dozers: D6, D7, D8, D9, D10 and D11 (Trimble / Topcon highly regarded)

- Graders: 14M, 16M and 24M

- Loaders: CAT and Komatsu

- Rigid Dump Trucks: 777 up to 793

- Water Carts

What you need:

- 12 months operating heavy gear in civil, mining or earthworks

- TSF or tailings dam experience highly regarded





- Production mining experience essential for mining positions

- Valid tickets and WA Driver's Licence

- White Card and solid safety track record

- Able to pass a full pre-employment medical and D&A; screen

- Two recent, checkable operating references
