About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on operational supervision to the banquet and event teams to ensure high-quality food and beverage service and exceptional customer service delivery. Reporting to the Catering Manager, this leadership role works closely with the Banquets and Events teams to support the effective execution of meetings and events through operational coordination, service supervision and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service delivery during meetings, conferences and events
- Lead and support F&B; Attendants during event operations, ensuring service standards are met at all times
- Assist Event Coordinators and internal stakeholders arrange the hotels internal events
- Complete banquet postings for events through our Infrasys/Opera/Delphi System
- Act as the point of escalation for service issues during events and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare the weekly event order distribution on behalf of the events team
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with service teams as required

About You

- Previous experience in banquets, events or high-volume F&B;
- Confident leader with a calm, can-do attitude




- Excellent communication, organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- A passion for people and premium service
- Manage multiple operational and administrative tasks simultaneously
