Membership Manager: Ignite

Paul Claessen Consulting (PCC) is looking for a Membership Manager to lead the growth of Ignite, working directly with ambitious business owners across Perth.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on sales role where you own the number. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting business owners into Ignite members, while building robust long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.

You’ll have the support of two SDRs generating outbound meetings, but we’re looking for someone who can take those opportunities, run the sales conversation and close.

- Proven B2B sales success with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- A genuine hunter mentality
- Experience selling to business owners,



CEOs or senior executives
- Strong consultative and relationship-led sales skills
- Comfortable selling a premium, recurring/membership-based service
- Highly competitive, accountable and motivated by results
- Someone who can build trust quickly, qualify effectively and confidently ask for the business
