The role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will drive membership growth, nurture leads and help create a positive team environment in which the club and its members can thrive.

As the face of Fernwood Fitness Belconnen, you will deliver an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with the club. Your ambition, energy and passion will strengthen our sense of community and help you build genuine rapport with members, instructors and the wider Fernwood team.

As part of the Membership Service Team, you will manage membership sign-ups, the front desk and general administration while providing first-class customer service. You will also support day-to-day club operations, including social media, club tours, member outreach and engagement, club presentation and retail sales.

About you

You are a hands-on, positive woman who brings a can-do attitude and great energy to every interaction.

You must be available for varied shifts across a six-day roster, including mornings from 9 am, evenings until 7 pm and some Saturday mornings.

Skills and experience

· Results-focused and motivated to achieve strong outcomes for members, yourself and the business.

· Excellent customer service skills and a high level of maturity.

· A demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

· Transparent, confident communication by phone, email and face to face.





· Face-to-face sales experience is preferred.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.

· The initiative to generate local enquiries and convert leads to meet targets.

· Dynamic, creative sales skills and the ability to identify sales and marketing opportunities.

· A fitness qualification is highly regarded.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
