About the role: Anglicare NT is looking for a skilled and compassionate Early Psychosis Clinician to join the headspace Darwin Early Psychosis team.

Working within the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) model, you’ll support young people aged 12–25 from initial presentation through to ongoing treatment and recovery.

You’ll provide youth-friendly assessment, case management and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including complex risk assessment and collaborative safety planning. You’ll work closely with young people, families, carers and external services using a “no wrong door” approach.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, ongoing clinical support — not just short-term crisis intervention — while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About you

You’ll bring:

- An approved tertiary qualification in a relevant health/allied health discipline and current AHPRA registration or AASW membership.
- At least 1 year’s experience in a health-related discipline.
- Experience working with young people in mental health or youth services.
- Strong skills in assessment, therapeutic intervention, risk assessment and safety planning.
- A collaborative, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach.
- A commitment to culturally safe practice and working alongside young Aboriginal people and their families.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

What you’ll need:

- NT Ochre Card
- National Police Criminal History Check
- Current NT Driver’s Licence
- Current required vaccinations
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet relevant ID and visa/overseas work requirements.
