Luxury Fashion Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Merchandising Intern to join our team and gain hands on experience within a globally recognised luxury fashion brand. This internship offers exposure to core merchandising operations, luxury event support, and stock management processes, providing a strong foundation for a future career in fashion or retail.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Trunk Showroom And Sample Management

- Assist with the organisation and maintenance of sample products within the trunk showroom.
- Support the Merchandiser with inbound and outbound stock movement.
- Participate in sample stocktakes for events and special projects.

Stock Reporting and Data Management

- Support the preparation, maintenance, and daily updating of stock reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of merchandising data.
- Develop and strengthen practical Excel skills through real time reporting tasks.

Event and Collection Launch Support





- Assist with collection launches, trunk shows, and events.
- Support the merchandising team to ensure smooth execution of operational requirements.
- Gain exposure to luxury retail operations and event coordination.

Profile

Key Requirements and Competencies

- You must be a current student and remain enrolled for the full three month duration of the internship.
- This is an unpaid internship, offering a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a leading luxury brand and enhance your studies.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine interest in learning and contributing within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
