About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Platform & Cloud Operations Manager to manage, secure and continually improve Microsoft cloud environments across our managed services clients.

This is a hands-on senior technical role requiring strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise, customer engagement skills and experience delivering cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server environments.
- Monitor platform performance, security and availability.
- Manage incidents, changes, problem resolution and service improvements.
- Lead Microsoft 365 tenant onboarding, consolidation and migrations.
- Manage client onboarding, infrastructure implementation and service transitions.
- Coordinate secure client offboarding and transitions.
- Implement Microsoft security best practices, including Defender, Conditional Access and MFA.
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and operational reporting.
- Build solid client relationships and provide proactive technical advice.




- Contribute to technical standards and service improvements.

- Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Security
- Microsoft 365 migrations and consolidations
- Client onboarding and service transitions
- PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Power BI
- IT infrastructure, networking and cloud operations

Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator or Security Administrator are highly regarded. Flexible WorkingWe offer genuine flexibility around working hours.

This is a remote-first role, with flexibility to structure your working hours around your commitments, provided client needs and operational responsibilities are met.

We focus on outcomes and service delivery rather than a rigid 9–5 schedule.
