Club is preparing to launch an exciting current Asian fusion restaurant, and we're looking for passionate Mixologists to join our team in part-time and casual positions. About the Role

As a Mixologist, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service to our guests.

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard
- Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in presentation and quality
- Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable menu suggestions
- Assist with cocktail preparation, bar setup, and stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area




- Work closely with front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Uphold responsible service practices and workplace standards

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about cocktails, mixology, and hospitality
- Experienced in cocktail preparation and bar service
- Confident engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences
- Calm, efficient, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

RSA certification is essential. Previous cocktail or bartending experience is highly regarded.
