We have an experienced, professional and close-knit team, with many of our staff having been with us for years while studying, developing their skills or building long-term careers.

We are now looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on person to join our team and develop a career in the mobile phone repair industry.

The Role

We are looking for a Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Retail Assistant to join us on a long-term part-time basis.

No previous repair experience is required. We will provide training from the ground up.

You will gradually learn how to diagnose, repair and service:

- Mobile phones
- iPhones & iPads
- Tablets
- Gaming consoles
- Laptops and other electronic devices

Alongside technical training, you will also learn our front-of-house and retail operations, including:
- Customer service
- Booking in repair jobs
- Preparing repair quotes
- Accessory sales
- Basic device diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Identifying different devices and models
- Communicating repair information clearly to customers

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who:
- Is good with their hands and comfortable working with small tools and tiny components
- Has a genuine interest in technology and electronics
- Is eager to learn and willing to spend their own time studying and practising
- Is reliable, honest and responsible
- Has good attention to detail
- Can communicate well with customers and team members
- Is looking for long-term employment, rather than a short-term or temporary job
- Is already living in Australia — we do not accept overseas applications
- Can commit to a regular part-time roster
- Is willing to start with the basics and gradually develop into a skilled technician





This position can be particularly suitable for students or someone looking for stable part-time work while developing a valuable trade skill. Training & Career Growth
