Western Work Force are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to work for one of our clients, an engineering company based in Perth CBD.

This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the compliance, mobilisation, and demobilisation of employees, ensuring personnel are fully prepared and site-ready for client mine sites across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of employees across various client mine sites throughout Western Australia.
- Ensure all personnel are compliant and site-ready by maintaining licences, qualifications, medicals, inductions, and client requirements.
- Track expiry dates and coordinate renewals for licences, training, medicals, and site inductions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including mobilisation documents, tickets, training records, and personnel information.
- Liaise with site teams and operational leaders regarding workforce movements and mobilisation requirements.
- Coordinate FIFO travel arrangements, including flights and travel schedules.
- Manage travel requirements for DIDO personnel.
- Support employees throughout the mobilisation process.
- Ensure all mobilisation activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with client and company requirements.

About You:

- Previous mobilisation experience within Rio Tinto and/or Roy Hill is essential.




- Strong understanding of Rio Tinto and/or Roy Hill mobilisation, compliance, site access and onboarding requirements.
- Previous experience in a mobilisation, workforce coordination, recruitment, mining administration, or similar role.
- Robust understanding of mining site compliance, inductions, medicals, training and competency requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple mobilisation requirements and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining employee records and compliance documentation.
