We’re looking for a Repair Technician & Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Liverpool store.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for completing repairs while also assisting customers on the retail floor. We’re looking for someone who is technically skilled, confident with customers, sales-driven and genuinely interested in technology.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Diagnosing and completing phone and device repairs
- Conducting repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Testing devices and ensuring repairs are completed correctly
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Selling mobile phone accessories, electronics and related products
- Processing sales and operating the POS system
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Answering customer enquiries in-store, over the phone and online
- Providing basic technical advice and support to customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional store environment
- Restocking and merchandising products
- Supporting the wider team with daily store operations
- Meeting individual and team sales targets
- Following company procedures for repairs, sales, stock and customer service

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous qualified experience as a phone/device repair technician — required




- Has hands-on experience repairing mobile phones and/or consumer electronics
- Is confident diagnosing faults and completing repairs independently
- Has previous retail, sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Is confident approaching and speaking with customers
- Has a genuine interest in phones, technology and consumer electronics
- Is motivated by achieving sales targets
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently while also being a strong team player
- Has a positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitude
- Is comfortable learning new products, systems and processes
- Presents professionally and takes pride in representing the Glitch Techs brand
