Modern Workplace Architects

Role Overview

Cue-X are seeking experienced Modern Workplace Architects that will provide architectural and technical leadership for the design and implementation of secure enterprise modern workplace capabilities. The role will focus on endpoint security, anti-malware, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanning and vulnerability management across complex technology environments.

Due to the nature of the work, You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered with an active AGSVA security clearance highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the target architecture for secure contemporary workplace, endpoint protection and vulnerability-management services.
- Develop architecture artefacts, detailed designs, technical patterns, security standards and implementation roadmaps.
- Design enterprise malware prevention, detection, response and remediation capabilities.
- Design vulnerability scanning across endpoints, servers, infrastructure, networks and cloud environments.
- Define security policies, configurations, scanning schedules, coverage, monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Integrate modern workplace security services with identity, asset management and broader cyber security platforms.
- Establish vulnerability prioritisation, escalation and remediation processes.
- Assess existing technologies and identify transition, integration and remediation requirements.
- Provide technical oversight across implementation, engineering, testing and transition activities.
- Support security assurance,



operational readiness and service handover.
- Resolve complex technical and architectural issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cyber security, infrastructure, cloud and engineering teams.
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, operational and organisational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience Candidates will have demonstrated engineering experience in Modern Workplace Architecture, Development and Deployment.

Candidates should also demonstrate experience working within large, complex enterprise ICT environments, Strong understanding of security governance, risk, compliance and technical assurance requirements and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
