About the role

EMAAR Finance is the in-house mortgage broking arm of Perth Home Brokers and 369 Home Broker, operating across Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. In WA alone, our group helped more than 350 clients into their homes in the last financial year, and they targeting more than 1,000 homes this year.

This is a specialist, office-based role for a broker who takes pride in getting it right. You'll support the in-house sales teams across Perth Home Brokers and 369 Home Broker . House and land Sales Consultants bring you pre-qualified clients, mostly first home buyers. Your job is to analyse each scenario carefully, find the best-suited solution from the market, and see it through to approval with accuracy.

You won't be chasing leads or selling. You'll be doing what you do best: assessing, structuring and lodging quality loans.

What you'll be doing

- Conduct finance health assessments for inbound clients generated
- Analyse payslips, income, liabilities and credit position to determine borrowing capacity and deal viability
- Compare lender policies and products to identify the most suitable lending pathway for each client
- Provide Sales Consultants with explicit, factual feedback on client eligibility and next steps
- Prepare Letters of Eligibility (LOE) and progress finance approvals within agreed timeframes
- Structure and lodge residential and construction loan applications through to settlement
- Liaise with lenders, credit teams and internal stakeholders
- Identify risks early to reduce fallout, and maintain strong documentation and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' mortgage broking experience
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (mandatory)
- Current ASIC credit representative registration
- MFAA or FBAA membership
- Strong knowledge of lender policies, serviceability and application processes
- Construction and house and land lending experience (highly regarded)
- AFG experience (advantageous, not essential)

- This is an office-based role in Stirling, with rostered hours between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
- This role is not for brokers who prefer to generate their own leads or run their own book.
