We are seeking an experienced and reliable Motor Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of motor vehicles while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical faults in motor vehicles.
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension and steering repairs.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Replace and repair worn or damaged mechanical components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify required repairs.
- Test vehicles after repairs to ensure they are operating safely and correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs and servicing.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, protected and organised workshop.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience of 1 year as a Motor Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and components.




- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults accurately.
- Experience using vehicle diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications A relevant automotive qualification such as Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent is desirable.
