Multi-Skilled & Excavator Operators | 7/7 Roster | DIDO Blackwater Region

Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators and Specialised Excavator Operators to join a major open-cut coal mining operation in the Blackwater region.

We're looking for experienced operators who can bring strong production mining experience, a commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing mining team.

About the Roles

We are currently seeking operators across two skill sets:

Multi-Skilled Operators To be considered for the Multi-Skilled Operator positions, you will need:

- Mechanical and/or Electric Haul Truck experience - Mandatory
- Experience operating at least one additional piece of mobile mining equipment, including: Dozer, Grader, Loader, Excavator

Specialised Excavator Operators

We are also seeking experienced excavator operators with:

- Proven experience operating up to 600T excavators
- Solid experience in a large-scale open-cut coal mining environment

What You'll Need

✔ Proven production mining experience

✔ Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface)

✔ Current Queensland Coal Board Medical

✔ Current Queensland Driver's Licence





✔ Signed transcripts / competency evidence for relevant machines

✔ Solid commitment to safety and site procedures

✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a production team

✔ Ability to work a rotating day/night 7/7 roster

Roster & Location

This is a DIDO opportunity in the Blackwater region, working a 7 on / 7 off roster rotating between day and night shifts.

Shifts are 12.5 hours x 6 days, with your final day onsite being a 9-hour shift to allow for early travel home.
