About the role

As a Multi-Stop Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their cakes on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for loading and unloading cakes, following a delivery run using our delivery app and delivering orders to multiple locations. We require drivers for Friday and Saturday.

Key responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vans on a pre-scheduled route

- Deliver cakes to multiple locations, ensuring all orders are accurate and timely

- Provide a high level of customer service at each stop, representing Flour Lane professionally

- Load and unload cakes carefully to prevent damage

- Follow all road safety and traffic regulations

- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and complete necessary vehicle checks

About you

- Must be at least 25 years of age

- Hold a valid Australian driver's license

- Proven experience in delivery or multi-stop driving is preferred

- Robust time-management and organisational skills

- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 10kg

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
