Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a Housekeeping Assistantto join our skilled and hardworking Housekeeping Team. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle creating truly memorable and impressive 5* experiences for our guests.

Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment program, bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar, and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

- £12.71per hour
n
- 20 hours per week - 11am - 2:30pm. 5 days a week, including weekend work
n
- Ensuring all hotel communal areas are cleaned and tidied to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing and dusting
n




- Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including refreshing linen and towels, vacuuming and polishing
n
- Restocking guest room supplies, including linen, amenities and collaterals
n
- Engaging with guests where required
n
- Reporting any maintenance issues to Housekeeping manager
n
- Cleaning rooms can be very physically demanding but you will receive full training and be surrounded by a supportive team
n
- An additional share of the service charge and tips every month
n
- 28-days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata)
