Are you passionate about sustainability, community engagement and helping households reduce their energy costs?

n

We're seeking an experienced Sustainability Programs Officer to deliver programs and initiatives that support residents to improve energy efficiency, reduce bill stress and access practical information on renewable energy and electrification.

n

This is a hands‑on role combining project management, community engagement and education, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Coordinate and deliver household energy and sustainability programs
n
- Plan and facilitate community workshops, information sessions and events
n
- Support residents with information on energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, rebates and available support programs
n
- Develop educational resources, promotional materials and community communications
n
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups, service providers and key stakeholders
n
- Manage projects from planning through to implementation, reporting and evaluation
n
- Monitor program outcomes and maintain accurate records and reporting data
n

About You n

You will bring:

n

n




- Experience in sustainability, environmental programs, community engagement, community development or a similar field
n
- Solid project coordination or project management experience
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience delivering workshops, community programs or educational initiatives
n
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n

Relevant qualifications in sustainability, environmental studies, community development, social sciences or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

n
